After the 5th Circuit's ruling, pretty much everyone was waiting for AFT guidance before selling suppressors with just a 4473. About the only place nationwide doing that was Palmetto State Armory in South Carolina, but you had to physically go into one of their stores and be a South Carolina resident.

Then last week, rumors that 4 other stores in 4 other states were selling with a 4473 began to spread.

I went into XTek in North Ogden right after the ruling, and they were also waiting for AFT guidance like most everyone else. But the other day, I went in again and they are now selling suppressors with just a 4473. I didn't ask when they changed their policy.

They still had a few suppressors in the case, so if anyone wants one with just a 4473, go get one before they sell out. They're a Silencer Shop dealer, so you can get anything they might have in stock too.

I've heard rumors that another Utah shop was doing the same thing, but didn't catch the name of that shop.

Another essential reason to change to solar power could be the cost benefits it gives. Solar panel systems are designed for generating electricity for businesses, reducing or eliminating the necessity for traditional types of energy. This could end up in significant savings on energy bills, especially in areas with a high energy costs. Furthermore, there are many government incentives and tax credits available to companies that adopt solar technology, rendering it a lot more cost-effective and affordable.

The technology behind solar technology is simple and easy, yet highly effective. Solar energy panels are made of photovoltaic (PV) cells, which convert sunlight into electricity. This electricity are able to be kept in batteries or fed directly into the electrical grid, according to the specific system design. So that you can maximize the many benefits of solar technology, it is essential to design a custom system that is tailored to your particular energy needs and requirements. This will make certain you have just the right components set up, like the appropriate amount of solar energy panels plus the right style of batteries, to optimize your power efficiency and value savings.
Biden Reportedly Is Planning To Unilaterally Mandate Background Checks for All Gun Sales

Quote:Nearly a year ago, President Joe Biden issued an executive order aimed at "increasing the number of background checks conducted before firearm sales, moving the U.S. as close to universal background checks as possible without additional legislation." According to the watchdog group Empower Oversight, which cites two unnamed "whistleblowers" at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), the agency is working on regulations that would go all the way, purporting to require background checks for all private gun sales. It is hard to see how the ATF can do that "without additional legislation."

Under current federal law, background checks are required only for sales by federally licensed dealers. A rule that the ATF proposed last September would expand the definition of "dealer" to encompass some but not all occasional gun sellers. But even that controversial proposal does not go as far as the plan described by Empower America's sources, who say "the ATF has drafted a 1,300-page document in support of a rule that would effectively ban private sales of firearms from one citizen to another by requiring background checks for every sale."
