This bill concerns a waiting period for the sale of a firearm.
Highlighted Provisions:
This bill:defines terms; creates a waiting period between the purchase of a firearm from a dealer and the delivery of the firearm to the purchaser; creates exceptions to the waiting period; and makes technical and conforming changes.
