Yea, early adopters are the beta testers. Happened when the 365 hit the market, too, and look at that line up now.
EDIT: Just watched the vid and it looks like one of the issues is slide/frame fit and will probably correct with a proper break-in. I bet if he sat in front of the tv and ran the slide back and forth over the course of a long film that one issue would correct.
