Great story on getting your food preps started - Bako - 03-21-2023 I'd suggest starting with a goal of three months and then ramping up in three month intervals. Even in an apartment, one can find a way to store food supplies. Think about other things that you may be able to trade in an emergency, like flats of drinking water, ammo, seeds and even toilet paper.
